A: CESCO is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. EST.

Q: How late do you ship product?
A: For items weighing up to 70 lbs our cut-off time for shipments is 4:00 p.m. EST. For items weighing more than 70 lbs our cut-off time for shipments is 2:00 p.m. EST.

Q: What if I don't see what I need in your Store?
A: Please e-mail our Sales Department or call the office. With over 20 years in the industry CESCO has many sources for items that are not pictured in our Store or in our catalog.

Q: Do you Certify Hoists?
A: All new Hoists built are to OSHA Requirements and CESCO does OSHA Recertification on ALL Hoists not just CESCO built hoists.

Q: I have a Capstan that needs repaired?
A: CESCO repairs all major brands of Capstans.

Q: I have an item/product but don't know what it is, where I got it or where to get it?
A: With 20 years of experience, CESCO can identify the product and if the product is not available CESCO could fabricate the product.
