Warranty for CESCO Manufactured Products
CESCO, Inc. warrants its manufactured products, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects, in materials and workmanship, during normal use and service, for a period of one year after equipment delivery date. The devective product shall be returned to CESCO after obtaining a return authorization and prepaying freight, within ten (10) days after discovery of a possible defect. CESCO reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as supporting proof to document the warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover products, claimed to be defective, which have been damaged or failed, due to ordinary wear, neglect, or caused by lack of maintenance and/or service.

Warranty for products of other manufactureres supplied by CESCO
Products supplied by CESCO that are not manufactured by CESCO, will be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. The defective product shall be returned to CESCO within ten (10) days after discovery, prepaid freight, with authorization from CESCO.

All Products
CESCO's obligation to this warranty shall be limited to replacement or repairing, at our option, the parts or product that have been found defective. All replaced or repaired parts or products shall be shipped, F.O.B. our facility or the manufacturer's facility.

CESCO's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order. CESCO shall not be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to personal injury, loss of profit, or cost of substitute goods. This limitation applies whether such claim arises from warranty or negligence and whether such claim arises from design, manufacture or sale.
